The bigger picture: Map the network of planetarium-stakeholders

The planetarium's stakeholder group is relatively small compared to other (mass)media. This makes each individual player even more important for the overall impact of the medium. Clarity about your own identity and how it is perceived by visitors is an important basis for the successful marketing of an institution. How do you identify yourself as an institution/company/producer/artist? What is your brand’s essence? This breakout session will provide a space to think about these topics and reflect on one's own position within the media network. The perspectives and brand cores of many individual institutions and stakeholders will be visualized in a matrix. This visualization is intended as a catalyst for discussion about the current and future development of the fulldome medium. Only if there is a common understanding of the status quo it can be discussed whether or not these mapped structures will be able to support the medium in the next 100 years.
