This panel will be a broad overview of the findings from the IPS EDI Committee’s survey on Industry Pay and Financial Equity for International Planetarium Personnel, conducted in 2023. We will present the largest, overarching conclusions, the reasons for pursuing data on this particular subject, and discuss follow-up work.
